In August 2024, the MDG Team will be on hand to handle your deliveries!
As in other years, during this period, the Ministry of Transport imposes a ban on heavy goods vehicles on 2 and 9 August, from 16:00 to 22:00.
Here are the dates by which we will collect the collection and pallets to deliver to your recipients by Thursday, 15 August:
- Collection from southern Italy and major islands: Monday, 5 August 2024
- Collection from the rest of Italy: Tuesday, 6 August 2024
- Northern/central Italy express delivery: Wednesday, 7 August 2024
- Southern Italy express delivery: Tuesday, 6 August 2024
We are, however, available for pick-ups on days after those indicated, but with no guarantee of delivery by 15 August 2024.
The pick-up service will restart regularly from Monday, 19 August 2024, and the transit time will normalize from Monday, 26 August 2024.
All our other services remain unchanged:
- Express Parcel/Small Pallet Service: always in operation.
- International Service – Customs: always in operation, with possible limitations due to the period.
- Express services with dedicated vehicles: always in operation.
- Large-scale retail service: for weeks 33- 34, delivery must be arranged in advance.
