Chemical Logistic Services (CLS), is the Messaggerie del Garda company specialized in the storage and logistics of hazardous substances.

Given the experience gained both in the management and prevention of major accidents (according to Legislative Decree 105/2021 – “Seveso 3”), we are a valid partner to manage these goods by providing assessments on feasibility, risks and best practices.

How to obtain the “Seveso” certification

Analyses

Identification of dangerous substances / mixtures, determination of lower or upper thresholds.

Risk analysis

Evaluation of the accident scenarios that could occur: health hazards, environmental hazards, physical hazards and the relative probabilities of occurrence.

Evaluation of the consequences

Determination of the potential impact on the territory.
Identified intervention in areas classified on the basis of potential damage to the health of workers and inhabitants.

Internal and external emergency plan (PEI-PEE)

Elaboration taking into account the possible risk scenarios, envisaging the technical and organizational measures suitable for dealing with the hypothetical accident based on the scenarios as well as collaboration with the Authorities responsible for the external emergency (PEE).

Safety management system (SGS RIR)

Preparation and implementation of the Safety Management System in Major Accident Plants is defined and described with the adoption of RIR policies as well as specific procedures,suitable for risk management and in order to respond to regulatory requirements.
