Companies are now forced to pay higher premiums to cover the risk of losses due to potential attacks, thus increasing overall operating costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Reduced reliability of shipping routes:<\/strong> shipping routes through the Gulf of Aden and the Southern Red Sea have become less reliable due to the constant threat of attacks.
