Questionario pari opportunità 2024In 2024, we conducted our annual internal survey on equal opportunities, which allows us to monitor the effectiveness of the actions we have put in place to ensure an increasingly inclusive work environment that values each individual.

This year’s figures show an increase compared to previous years, confirming our ongoing improvement in promoting gender equality, fairness in career opportunities and respect for diversity in every area of the organisation:

  • 2022 – 66,7%
  • 2023 – 73,5%
  • 2024 – 76,2%

We achieved the maximum score (100%) in three areas:

  • Definition and implementation of inclusive company policies.
  • Identification of internal tools to ensure effective protection of equal treatment.
  • External promotion of the company’s commitment to demonstrate the policies adopted and the progress achieved.

How is the score calculated?

The result is based on 10 key indicators that measure:

  • Inclusive company policies
  • Training and awareness-raising on the issue of equality
  • Monitoring of practices adopted
  • Tools for work-life balance
  • Internal and external communication transparency
