In 2024, we conducted our annual internal survey on equal opportunities, which allows us to monitor the effectiveness of the actions we have put in place to ensure an increasingly inclusive work environment that values each individual.
This year’s figures show an increase compared to previous years, confirming our ongoing improvement in promoting gender equality, fairness in career opportunities and respect for diversity in every area of the organisation:
